Chicken Spaghetti
4 Cups Cooked Diced Chicken 1 Box Vermicelli, cooked and drained 1/2 Cup Chopped Pimento 1/2 Cup Chopped Green Pepper 2 Cans Cream of Mushroom Soup, undiluted 1/4 Teaspoon Black Pepper 1 Cup Chicken Broth 1/4 Teaspoon Garlic Salt 3 Cups Grated Cheese (reserve 1 Cup for topping) |
Mix all ingredients together in large bowl. Pour into rectangular Pyrex dish. Sprinkle the reserve cup of cheese on top. Cover with foil and bake 1 hour at 350 degrees. Remove foil last 20 minutes of baking. Yields 6 servings. |
